Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery and must be initiated by logging into your account, as per our Returns & Refund Policy.

Returns & Exchanges

At Ru'ya, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it leaves our hands. We want you to love what you ordered and if something's not right, we'll make it easy to fix.

To keep exchanges and returns fast, we ask customers to create a free account at checkout (just your phone number and OTP, no passwords, takes a few seconds). This lets you manage everything from My Orders, no emails or waiting for approval.

Size Exchanges

We offer one free size exchange per order.

- Request your exchange within 7 days of delivery, from My Orders.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, in original packaging.
- Choose any available size in the same product ,subject to stock availability.
- We cover the shipping cost, both ways, for your one free exchange.

How it works:Log in, go to My Orders, select the item, select return, choose size issues.

Not sure about sizing before you buy? Check the size chart on every product page, or leave us a message we're happy to help you pick before you order.

Returns

Changed your mind, or the product isn't what you expected? You can return it for a refund.

- Request your return within 7 days of delivery, from My Orders.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, in original packaging.
- Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or via UPI/bank transfer, within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

-Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery from My Orders, you will be requested for a photo of the item and packaging.
- We'll arrange a free replacement where stock allows, or a full refund shipping included ,if it doesn't.

Non-Returnable Items

-Items purchased during sale, clearance, or marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Minor variations in color or pattern due to photography/lighting are not considered defects.
