Returns & Refund Policy

Ru’ya (Ruyain Six Private Limited)

At Ru’ya, we value quality and transparency. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window (2 Days)

• Customers may request a return within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.

• Return requests must be initiated by logging into your Ru’ya account on our website.

• Returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

• The product must be in resalable condition

Products that fail quality checks will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotional discounts

• Products marked as Final Sale

• Accessories, innerwear, or customized products (if applicable)

 

4. Damaged / Incorrect Products]

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Report it within 24 hours of delivery

• Email ruyainsix@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Pickup & Shipping

• Return pickup will be arranged after approval.

• Reverse shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), no charges will be deducted.

 

6. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.

• Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Exchanges

• Only size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery through the customer account.

• Exchange shipping charges may apply.

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
