What is the return policy?
At Ru’ya, every piece is crafted with care and inspected before it reaches you. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items delivered.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 97441 25719) or by email at ruyainsix@gmail.com.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted only for size-related issues, provided the requested size is in stock.
- The exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping charges during the exchange process.
Refunds
- Refunds are only provided for damaged or incorrect items if a replacement is not available.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or through UPI/bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during sale or clearance, or marked as “non-returnable”, cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Minor variations in color or pattern may occur due to photographic lighting — these are not considered defects.
